Essential oils create a connection in the back of the brain in a primal area called the hypothalamus, triggering a shift emotionally. The essential oils vibrate at a higher frequency than the human body thus altering us and elevating our mood. That's a simple explanation for how these lovely synergistic blends effect us as we utilize them in our love lives.

Libby has a fashion and design background, worked in graphics and photography right out of college, started a magazine in the early 80's with eleven other girls, has owned several businesses, and this one has just held her interest as an expression of art, and creativity for the longest.

She continues to hand blend her products here in her Oakland Apothecary, utilizing the pure essential oil ingredients and stocks lovely lingerie and accoutrements, manages to find some time to paint, walk in nature, and entertain friends in both small and large gatherings in her eclectic loft in West Oakland, just off the Bay Bridge, and across the bay from San Francisco.

In her spare time, Libby concocts new custom blends, and maintains a pilates, yoga, swimming, and hiking regimine, as well as a healthy addiction to sunshine, chocolate, men and clothes.
